Product Introduction
The accurate definition should be the hammer head of the hammer
crusher. The hammer heads of the crushers on the market can be
divided into two types according to the manufacturing process:
casting and forging, but their wear resistance is different. Due to
the crushing of materials, the head needs good wear resistance and
the handle needs to be sufficiently tough. Usually, alloy steel,

casting to form in one step. It is more economical to match the
corresponding heat treatment process. The crusher hammer head can

manganese steel hammer head, bimetallic hammer head, composite
hammer head, big gold tooth hammer head, medium chromium alloy
hammer head, hard alloy hammer head, etc. The main factor is the

resistance.

1. The impact force on the material is increased. Because the
center of gravity of the hammer crusher's hammer moves outward in
the radial direction of the gyration radius, the hammer's midline
speed increases during operation. The impact work of the hammer
crusher's hammer on the material is increased, thereby improving
the crushing effect.
2. The effective wear of the hammer crusher's hammer is increased.
The weight of the hammer is generally 27 kg, and the effective wear

from 25 mm to 15 mm. Therefore, the output particle size can be
changed from the original less than 20 mm and 25% powder to 8-10 mm
and 60% powder, which greatly improves the crushing effect of the
crusher and thus increases the hourly output.
