The process flow of Huashida heat shrinkable sleeve extrusion line:
First step, the PE back film extrusion line produces PE film as
clients' requirements,and second sent the PE back film to
professional irradiation company to do radiation crosslinking
treatment with right radiation does, so that the sleeve has Good
fire resistance and tensile strength;Third step put the irradiated
back film into the heat shrinkable sleeve adhesive coating
production line for adhesive coating. In this process, the heat
shrinkable sleeve substrate is first stretched twice to ensure that
the heat shrinkable sleeve has a good shrinkage rate, and then a
unique formula of hot melt adhesive is extruded by a professional
reaction vessel and bonded with the back film.The finished product
is peeled off.high strength.

Installation
When heat is applied to the sleeve wrapped around a joint, the
adhesive melts into a liquid state while the sleeve backing starts
to shrink. The radial shrinking force of the sleeve presses the
fluid adhesive into all the uneven surfaces of the pipe, as the
sleeve closely conforms to the joint's shape. Upon cooling, the
adhesive solidifies, forming a strong bond between the pipe and the
coating.
