Product deep processing: the workshop has the deep processing capacity of high-temperature and low-temperature baking, decal, spraying, thermal transfer, pad printing, frosting, screen printing, with an annual processing output of more than 50 million pieces of high-grade spirit bottles, and over 200 million pieces of tableware for various choice.

The center has WFX-130B type atomic absorption spectrometer, 722Z type spectrophotometer, MVP300 type optical image measuring instrument, HECM-S type hot end coating measurement system, JBY-455 digital display of automatic hot and cold rapid snap instrument, DZF-6050 vacuum drying oven, LRH-100CA type low temperature incubator, DBH-10 electronic glass thickness tester, BCY-100 vertical axis deviation measuring instrument, CHJ-10 type Thermal shock meter, inside spraying detector, cold end spraying evenness tester and carton strength tester. Various professional equipment provide a strong guarantee for raw material quality control and product physical and chemical property test.
