A Silicon Carbide Graphite (SiC-Graphite) Crucible is a high-performance refractory vessel specifically engineered for melting metals with demanding requirements, such as copper and its alloys (brass, bronze).

It combines the exceptional properties of silicon carbide (SiC) – offering outstanding hardness, high-temperature strength, and excellent resistance to oxidation, abrasion, and thermal shock – with graphite – providing superior thermal conductivity and lubricity.
