Product Description

Operation introduction: After the materials are put into the mixing tank, the blades on the two mixing shafts rotate at high speed. The blades rapidly scatter, convect and shear the materials along the axial and radial directions. Under the strong push of the blades, the materials are thrown from one side of the mixing chamber to the other side, and a cross and infiltration curtain is formed in the air. During this process, materials frequently change their direction of motion, collide and spread violently with each other, and are in a tumbling state similar to "weightlessness". This strong convection, shearing and diffusion broke the tendency of stratification caused by the difference of specific gravity and particle size of materials in a very short time, and achieved a high degree of uniform mixing at the microscopic level.
