The working principle of the puffed rice bar making machine is that after the rice is expanded by the puffing machine, it is fully mixed with the cooked syrup in the mixer, transported to the forming machine through the feeding machine, and the forming machine into a shape. After cooling, it is transported to the packaging machine to output the finished product.

Characteristics

The Puffed Rice Bar Production Line is suitable for making puffed rice bar,peanut candy, sesame sugar and various cereal grains. When using, just put the hot things in the cooler and slowly pour them into the sugar pot. The machine adopts electric warm heating,, PP sheet scraping has the characteristics of non-stick, easy to fall off and low noise.

Forming machine: The puffed rice bar forming machine consists of a feeder, thickness rollers, fan cooling, and automatic cutting part. It is suitable for cereal bars, puffed rice bar,granola bar,sesame candy bar,peanut bar,other snacks.

The whole machine of this puffed rice bar production line adopts frequency conversion speed regulation synchronization, PLC controls cutting length, multi-pass roller flattening, control molding temperature, accurate cutting length, uniform product weight, uniform and continuous production of the whole machine, and can realize automatic and intelligent operation.
