Product Description:

The A2000 axial flow control valve is a fully pressure-balanced sleeve control valve . It features a streamlined and uniformly symmetrical free-flow path , which reduces the impact of local high stability of the valve. This valve can be widely used for pressure, speed, turbulence, and jet streams, enhancing the flow regulation in pipelines conveying natural gas, liquefied gas, crude oil, refined oil, and liquefied chemical products.

It has excellent pressure resistance and high flow capacity , making it particularly suitable for applications with significant pulsating pressure. Even at the compressor outlet, it can address capacity issues while improving control stability. Moreover, it effectively reduces noise generation.

Features:

The spool is a completely pressure-balanced type, allowing the fluid medium to flow uniformly through the flow sleeve. The dynamic force of the medium on the spool and the pressure difference between the two sides of the valve have almost negligible impact on the operating force of the actuator. This design feature enables the valve to operate efficiently, even under high-pressure drop conditions and with large-diameter valves, using a smaller actuator.

Wuzhong Instrumentation Co., Ltd. as the largest regulating valve manufacturer in China, started its collaboration with PetroChina Huayu Natural Gas Co., Ltd. in 2001 to localize major equipment. In 2002, the company made a significant breakthrough with the development of the A2000 axial flow valve . Taking the lead in the Shaan-Beijing pipeline project, the valve was installed at the Beijing NgaMenKou end station in two DN500 ANS1400 units after a meticulous three-year development process.

Following this successful development phase, the ANS1400 valve series was established with a range of products that found widespread application. These products have been extensively utilized in twelve sub-transmission stations along the eastern section of the second line of West-East Natural Gas Pipeline (Zhongwei Guangzhou) , as well as the gas pipeline projects in Hebei Zhuozhou, Shijiazhuang natural gas city's first station for the Shaan-Beijing Pipeline, Jiangsu Jintan, Hongkong China, and Chongqing Gas Group, among others. Currently, over 50 sets of these valves have been implemented across various pipeline projects.
