The probe operates within a temperature range of -34°C to +177°C (-30°F to +351°F) and can be stored between -51°C to +177°C (-60°F to +351°F).

Q4: What is the significance of the Incremental Scale Factor (ISF)?

The ISF of 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil) indicates the voltage change per millimeter of displacement, providing a measure of the probe's sensitivity and accuracy in detecting small movements.
