The SN772 Glow Wire Test Apparatus is a specialized testing instrument designed to simulate thermal stress caused by glowing components or ignition sources, such as overloaded resistors or heated elements, in a short time. It complies with international safety standards such as IEC 60695 series, UL746A,and IEC 60598, making it suitable for testing the ignitability and fire resistance of electrical and electronic products, plastic materials, and components used in household appliances.
Featuring PLC control and a 7-inch touchscreen interface, SN772 ensures accurate temperature control, intuitive operation, and precise positioning via a digital stepper motor. The device allows researchers and manufacturers to conduct reliable glow wire ignition and flammability tests with enhanced repeatability and efficiency.
