The take-up frame can respectively meet the clamping, loosening, rising and falling actions of Ø1000-Ø 1800 wire reels. The lifting mechanism can lift left and right at the same time, or move independently. The left column can move single-movement, which is convenient for clamping the wire reel, and is equipped with electrical limit protection.

Cable traverse frame: screw type cable arrangement, electronically controlled commutation, intermittent arrangement, and the arrangement pitch is infinitely adjustable.

The entire machine is coordinated and controlled by a separate programmable logic controller (PLC) and a human-machine interface (color touch screen). The human-machine interface can be used to set the winding torque, cable pitch, etc.
