Brief Introduction:

The purpose of conducting field vehicle tests on products is to place packaged or unpackaged products on transport trucks to endure actual road conditions at speeds of 30-40 km/h while traveling 200-400 km on tertiary roads.

This is considered a relatively primitive testing method. The drawback of this method is that it consumes considerable human, material, and time resources, and it is also less obvious in terms of outcomes.

This simulated vehicle transport testing platform is designed to replicate the vibrational environment described above during vehicle transport. It allows for the practical conditions affecting the items to be assessed in a laboratory setting, suitable for products weighing no more than 100 kg for road transport simulation testing.

The simulation conditions include: low-level tertiary roads, mid-level road surfaces, and quartile roads, where vehicle speeds generate random vibration environments at speeds of 20-60 km/h.

It assesses the product's adaptability to withstand vehicular transport vibrations under both packaged and unpackaged conditions, and confirms the integrity of its structure.
