The PCH series fully enclosed screw modules are precision linear 传动
components engineered for harsh environments. Integrating a fully
enclosed structure and ball screw technology, they offer high
precision, load capacity, and longevity, ideal for high-cleanliness
fields like semiconductor manufacturing, medical devices, and food
processing. Their specialized sealing and materials block dust,
oil, and debris, ensuring stable operation in Class 10 cleanrooms.

(1) Fully Enclosed Protection: Features a triple seal (stainless
steel cover, labyrinth profile, optional bellows), achieving IP54
rating and SGS certification for long-term cleanroom use. Low
particle generation, with optional suction nozzles to expel
operational particles, meeting semiconductor/medical cleanliness
needs.
(2) High Precision & Stability: Equipped with a C7 ball screw (C3
optional) for ±0.01mm repeat positioning accuracy. High-rigidity
CNC-machined aluminum profiles with dual rails and four sliders
support 55kg horizontal/side load, 16kg vertical load, 1050mm max
stroke, and 1000mm/s max speed.
(3) Longevity & Low Maintenance: Wear-resistant electrophoretic
profiles, high-hardness rails/screws, and centralized lubrication
ensure over 10,000 hours of service. Modular, detachable covers
ease maintenance; key components (e.g., Hiwin/TBI parts) reduce
failure rates.
