• Insufficient contact with the stone: The probe needs to be in light, direct contact with the stone.
• Excessive pressure: Pressing down too hard on the stone can actually reduce drilling performance.
• Incorrect power setting: Ensure the appropriate power setting (Standard "S" or High "H") is selected for the stone size and type.
