Experimental principle

This machine is a testing device used to evaluate the wear resistance of the surface of resin-coated fabric and coated films.

Install and fix the thin sheet-like sample onto the reciprocating test platform. Use a 20×20mm flat friction head to rub the sample. Determine the wear resistance of the sample based on the degree of wear on its surface.

The thickness of the tested samples varies. To ensure that the surfaces of samples of different thicknesses can fully come into contact with the friction surface of the friction head, this machine is equipped with upper and lower adjusting screws on the friction head support platform, which are marked with scales. They can be adjusted as needed.

*(Low-load type), the maximum test load is 1000gf (using an 800g auxiliary weight);

*(High-load type), by combining auxiliary weights with the sliding weights on the swing arm, the test load can be adjusted within a wide range of 350gf to 2000gf. At the same time, the reciprocating speed can also be adjusted within the range of 10 to 60 cycles per minute.
