2.Working Principle

• Ultrasonic Cleaning: High-frequency ultrasonic vibrations (20–130kHz) generate millions of tiny bubbles in the cleaning solution. These bubbles implode (cavitation effect) upon contact with the workpiece surface, producing intense micro-jets that dislodge and dissolve contaminants.
• Hot Air Drying: Heated air (50–120℃) circulates through the drying chamber, accelerating moisture evaporation from the workpiece surface.
• Vacuum Drying: The chamber is evacuated to reduce air pressure, lowering the boiling point of water. This allows moisture to vaporize quickly even at lower temperatures, preventing thermal damage to sensitive components.

Cleaning Process

• Pre-Cleaning: Removes large debris or loose contaminants via rinsing (optional, based on workpiece condition).
• Ultrasonic Cleaning: Workpieces are immersed in the cleaning solution; ultrasonic waves remove stubborn contaminants.
