1. Application
It is applicable to the determination of static smoke content when building materials and its products are burned. It can also be used for the determination of static smoke content when other solid materials are burned.

4. Equipment structure
(1) The machine consists of a combustion box and a computer control system.
(2) Burning chamber size: L300 x W300 x H790 (mm)
(3) The combustion box is made of high-quality non-steel plate, CNC machine tool is formed, and the arc shape is beautiful.
(4) The internal parts are made of high quality stainless steel and have excellent rust resistance.

5. Conditions of use
(1) The ground is flat, well ventilated, and free of flammable, explosive, corrosive gases and dust.
(2) There is no strong electromagnetic radiation source nearby.
(3) There is proper maintenance space around the equipment.
(4) Temperature: 25℃ ~ 35℃.
(5) Power supply: AC220V/50HZ.
(6) Voltage allowable fluctuation range: 220V±10%.
(7) Frequency allowable fluctuation range: 50Hz±1%.
(8) It requires the user to configure the air or power switch of the corresponding capacity at the installation site, and this switch must be used exclusively for this device.

1. Double control mode, you can control the operation on the touch screen or on the computer, the operation mode can be easily switched! (Users bring their own computer, printer; PC software, router, network cable we will send out with the device)

2. One device can be operated by several computers at the same time, and several computers can be online at the same time, which can realize LAN sharing!

3. The main and auxiliary burners can be automatically rotated and the positioning is accurate.

4. Self-developed control programs can satisfy various operations, records, time-to-time curves, and result calculations in the test.
