2. Main Components

Feeding System: Conveyor belts or vibrating plates transport products in an orderly manner to the packaging position.

Film Drawing System: Utilizes a servo motor or mechanical transmission to precisely control film feed and tension.

Forming Unit: Rolls the film into a tube to wrap the product.

Longitudinal Sealing Mechanism: Heat-seals the longitudinal seam of the film.

Transverse Sealing and Cutting Mechanism: Heat-seals and cuts the film transversely using a heat-sealing blade to create individual packages.

Control System: PLC or touch screen controls temperature, speed, length, and other parameters.

3. Workflow

Product Delivery: Products enter the packaging machine via a conveyor belt.

Film Forming: The film is pulled out and rolled into a tube to wrap the product.

Longitudinal Sealing: The edges of the film are longitudinally sealed using heated rollers.

Transverse Sealing and Cutting: Rotary or reciprocating transverse sealing blades seal and cut the film at both ends to complete the individual packages.

Product Output: Packaged products are discharged via a conveyor belt.
