Product Description

This Cord Anchorage Torque Testing Device is designed for testing the mechanical durability and wear resistance of plug and socket cable connections, especially focusing on the strain relief area. It fully complies with multiple international standards, including IEC 60884-1:2006 clause 23.2, IEC 60335-1 clause 25.15, and VDE 0620 table 18.

The equipment simulates real-world stress conditions by applying calibrated torque through a system of weights and a force arm, ensuring reliable verification of cord anchorage performance and protection against twisting or pulling forces.

Usage Notes
Before performing the torque test, ensure the cord retention test has been completed as per IEC requirements. Secure horizontal alignment of the equipment using leveling feet for accurate results.
