1. Mold Design

Design is the foundation of mold manufacturing, including Product DFM Analysis (Design for Manufacturability) to ensure a reasonable structure and efficient production. Use CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to design the 3D model of the mold. Then use CAE software (such as Moldflow) to simulate injection molding, optimize mold design, and ensure molding quality and efficiency.

2. Material selection

Mold manufacturing starts with Material Preparation, The materials we used in our molds are imported material P20, 718, S136, 440C, H13 etc, ensure the service life of the mold.

3. Processing

The precision machining process includes:

• Röders CNC Machining: High-precision milling to ensure accurate dimensions of mold components.
• Makino and Sodick EDM Machining: Electrical discharge machining for complex structures and fine details.
• Drilling Machining: Precise drilling of cooling channels and functional holes.
• Seibu Wire Cutting: High-precision cutting of contours and inserts.
• Polishing: Enhancing surface smoothness for better product appearance.
• Mold Fitting: Ensuring accurate assembly and smooth operation of all components.
• Mold Sample Trial & Inspection: Conducting mold trials to verify molding performance, followed by sample inspection.
• Mould verification:The customer inspects the mold assembly and performs a mold trial on the injection molding machine
