We select 50CRMO alloy steel from Henan Special Steel Company as raw material of the corrugated roller , the steel materials will be stored in natural conditions for at least six months to release stress and improve stebility, ensuring the prefect running of corrugating roll at high speed and under high temperature and pressure without deformation. This will enable the corrugators to produce top-quality paperboards. With sufficient inventory of raw materials to shorten the lead time of corrugating roll.

With the first -class high -precision and high-speed super sized CNC corrugated roller grinding machine, equipped with Germany Siemens control system, which can maximize improve the grinding accuracy and speed. (Note: max grinding size is Diameter 700mm x Longer 5000mm)

The surface hardness of steel materials could reach HRC 58 after heat treatment by professional equipment and technology.

Strong combination between coating and steel materials with ultra hardness,abrasion resistance and service life will increase many fold ,tungaten carbide coating thickness; 0.06-0.08mm
The microhardness of TC coating: >HV 1250-1400, combining strength: >75MPA.
The surface roughness for the tungsten carbide corrugated roller is less than RA 0.2, pretty suitable for high- speed corrugated carboard making machine,ensure perfect quality of corrugated paperboards and boxes.

Special customized flute design, flutes in service will be never worn in theoretically which maximize the service life.

Minimize the replacement frequency and saving expenditure of manpower and materials resources.

Used coating could be removed by special process and the roller could be refurbished for reuse.
