Classification

· Classification by Installation Method: It can be divided into suspended type, drum type, pipeline type, etc. Suspended electromagnetic iron removers are suitable for iron removal above conveyor belts. Drum electromagnetic iron removers are installed at the end of the conveyor belt, and pipeline electromagnetic iron removers are used for iron removal of materials in pipelines.

· Classification by Magnetic Field Intensity: It can be divided into ordinary type, strong magnetic type, and super strong magnetic type. Different application scenarios and material properties require the selection of iron removers with different magnetic field intensities.

· Classification by Cooling Method: It can be divided into air-cooled type, water-cooled type, and oil-cooled type. Air-cooled iron removers have a simple structure and are easy to maintain, suitable for general working conditions.
