Dry powder magnetic separator, electromagnetic dry iron removal device, single-cylinder iron removal machine,
Key Applications
Mining & Mineral Processing: Removes iron from non-metallic ores
(e.g., quartz sand, kaolin) to improve whiteness and chemical
stability.
Chemical & Plastics: Eliminates iron contaminants to prevent
catalyst poisoning or defects in plastic products.
Food & Pharmaceuticals: Ensures hygiene compliance in flour,
starch, spices, and medicinal powders by preventing metal
contamination.
Recycling: Recovers iron from waste glass, plastics, and e-waste to
boost recycling efficiency.
Construction & Ceramics: Protects kilns and molds, reducing
iron-induced defects in tiles or glass products.
Working Principle
The separator utilizes a high-intensity magnetic field generated by
electromagnetic systems to attract and isolate ferromagnetic
contaminants. The workflow is as follows:
Material Feeding: Dry material is evenly dispersed into the
separator’s working zone via a vibrating feeder or conveyor belt.
Magnetic Adsorption: Under the magnetic field, ferromagnetic
impurities are rapidly adsorbed onto the magnetic poles or rods,
while non-magnetic materials pass through unaffected.
Impurity Removal: When accumulated impurities reach a threshold,
they are manually or automatically discharged via demagnetization
or scraping mechanisms, enabling continuous or intermittent
operation.
