Vinyl resin VAGD is often used with other film-forming material in order to improve the coating performance,and enhance paint adhesion,flexibility,tenacity,hardness and chemical resistance.

Specification of Vinyl resin:

Application of Vinyl resin:

VAGD can be used for a wide range of coatings applications,including marine anti-corrosion paint gravure printing inks,chassis paints, maintenance, PU and wood finishes, paper coatings, PET inks, interbedded adhesive, adhesive for magnetic tape and carbon ribbon.

1. Gravure composite plastic ink: provide wetting and dispersion of various pigments, the ink has bright colors and good printing adaptability, and can withstand boiling and cooking. Provides adhesion to PET.

2. Plastic paint: provide adhesion to substrates (ABS, PC, etc.), good alcohol resistance.

3. UV primer: provide adhesion to the substrate, provide directional arrangement of silver powder, and provide adhesion to UV topcoat.

4. Wood paint: provide leveling, provide directional arrangement of dumb powder, provide solvent release, and have good compatibility with alkyd and curing agent.

5. Silk screen printing ink: provide excellent color development performance, and the ink can be made with high solid and low viscosity.

Solubility of Vinyl resin :

1. Ester solvent solid content is recommended to contain 20%, solvent recommendation: ethyl acetate, n-propyl acetate, butyl ester, etc., the solution is slightly yellow and transparent

2. Ketone solvent solid content is recommended to be 20%-25%, solvent recommendation: butanone, MIBK, cyclohexanone, etc., the solution is slightly yellow and transparent

3.Ketone ester benzene mixed solid content is recommended to contain 20%, solvent recommendation: butanone, ethyl ester, toluene, etc., the solution is slightly yellow and transparent

Storage of Vinyl resin:

Store in a dry and ventilated place, do not place in open-air, avoid storage in direct sunlight and caution against wet.

Must be transported in clean vehicle with awning and keep away from moisture.

The shelf life is one year from the production date.


Package of Vinyl resin:

VAGD have to be packed into kraft bag, lined with pp bags of 25kgs net, with PE inner bag.
