Items can be loaded onto the cart belts either manually or automatically, and as the carts approach sorting stations, the control system activates the belts to ensure accurate sorting.Available in circular and linear setups, cross belt sorters are engineered for high efficiency. Circular models can sort items at speeds of up to 2 meters per second, processing approximately 22,000 items per hour. Linear models, on the other hand, operate at speeds up to 1.5 meters per second and can handle around 8,000 items per hour.
