The tank body is made of 5083H111 aluminum plate, and the tank covers on both sides require bending, which

uses 5083-O temper aluminum plate. The O temper is softer, making it suitable for bending. The partition (fender)

section uses 5083-O temper as well.

Our Samples

We are good at medium and thick 5xxx/6xxx series aluminum plates product, and produced

some samples for display. Most samples are used for automobile and railway transportation

fields.

1) We use suitable securing material, such as wooden blocks, steel straps, and ratchet

tie-downs to firmly fix the aluminum plates to the flat rack.

2) To prevent possible exposure to seawater or rain, we cover the entire cargo with

waterproof tarps.

3) We make sure these sheets are loaded with a low and evenly distributed center of

gravity to avoid tilting during the transportation.
