Installation

1,One time burying method: when pouring concrete, bury the ground bolt. When the tower is controlled by tilting, the anchor bolts should be buried at one time.
2,Pre-reserved hole method: When the equipment is in place, clean the holes, put the foot bolts into the holes, and then use non-shrinkage fine gravel concrete, which is one level higher than the original foundation, for pouring and compacting after the equipment is positioned and corrected. The distance from the centre of the footbolt to the edge of the foundation should not be less than 2d (d is the diameter of the footbolt) and should not be less than 15mm (not less than 10mm when d≤20), and not less than half of the width of the anchor plate plus 50mm, and when it cannot satisfy the above requirements, appropriate measures should be taken to strengthen it. The diameter of the anchor bolts for structure should not be less than 20mm. when subjected to seismic action, it should be fixed by double nuts or other effective measures to prevent loosening, but the anchoring length of the anchor bolts should be increased by 5d compared with that of the non-seismic action.
