Product Description:
Eye nut is a part that closely connects the mechanical equipment.
Through the inner thread, the ring nut and screw of the same
specification can be connected together. The ring nut is often used
in conjunction with the external thread column to lift various
equipment, such as molds, chassis, motors, etc.
The ring screw is generally not surface treatment, but according to
the requirements, can be galvanized passivation, chrome plating and
other surface treatment, and according to GB5267-85 provisions.
After electrogalvanizing, the chemical composition and mechanical
properties of the material should be tested in accordance with
GB699. During routine inspection, the grain size test may not be
advanced, and the grain size test method shall be prescribed by

smooth limit gauges or universal gauges.

structural damage and safety hazards.
Galvanising is a surface treatment technique of plating a layer of
zinc on the surface of metals, alloys or other materials to provide
a beautiful and rust-resistant appearance. The colour of zinc after
galvanising is silver-white, and the colour after passivation of
galvanising can be white, coloured, army green, etc.
