basis of Flat Die Extrusion Granulator Machine. It polishes the
cylindrical pellets made by Flat Die Extrusion Granulator Machine
to ball shape granules in one time, with no need for additional
polishing. The ball forming rate is very high (≥97%), producing
granules with high density that are both beautiful and practical.
This is the ideal equipment for producing organic (biological)
fertilizer. The machine features a special internal structure
designed according to process requirements, making it an effective
compound-organic fertilizer dedicated equipment.
Feature Of Fertilizer Granulator Machine
The machine produces all granular fertilizer with excellent
appearance. Grain fertilizer produced by squeezing granulation or
disc granulation is polished in circles to achieve uniform size,
accurate roundness, bright and smooth surface, and high granule
strength. The fertilizer formation rate is as high as 98%, with low
