This device is designed for testing the breaking capacity and normal operational lifespan of fixed switches intended for household and similar applications. It is particularly well-suited for conducting electric stress and thermal stress tests on self-ballasted lamp switches when they are controlling LED circuits. The primary objective of these tests is to ascertain whether the switches can endure regular usage without suffering any mechanical damage or electrical fatigue failures under normal operating conditions. Additionally, the tests aim to detect any instances of contact adhesion, prolonged closure, or disconnection, as well as to assess whether there is excessive wear or any other detrimental effects.

Dimensions: 710mm wide, 620mm deep, and 1710mm high. The operational control panel, positioned at the front, features a high-quality aluminum faceplate that has undergone etching, sandblasting, and coloring for a beautiful and durable finish. The panel is equipped with various instruments and controls, including a power control switch, meters for current, voltage, power, and power factor, a load power output switch, indicator lights, buttons for current output and stop, an alarm, and switches for capacitance and current gear selection.

Internally, the device incorporates a combination of resistor and capacitor loads, AC contactors, and relays. It also features robust wind flow cooling to manage heat. At the bottom, there are connecting posts that allow for the attachment of conducting wires, facilitating the connection between the product under test and the testing machine. During testing, these connections enable the output of current and load to the product.
