43 inch Tempered Curved Game Screen Glass for Office Building Cutting Edging Drilling

Curved tempered glass is cut float glass to cusrom size, grind it and then put the glass into the tempering furnace heating to around 600 degree temperature(the soft temperature point of the glass) and then transefer to the wind jet place. using the curve devices to make the glass in your shape, in the meantime, cool the glass down with the strong wind jet. Thus causing the surface of the glass into compression whereas the inner part still in tension.

Curved tempered glass

is shaped by mould controlled by computer,rapidly and uniformly cooled immediately after it is heated to the designed shape.This in of glass has all the good properties of flat tempered glass.

Flat tempered glass

is a type of glass with even compressive stress on the surface which is made by heating float glass to nearly softening point and then cooling
it down rapidly by air.

Heat-strengthened glass

has the same production method as tempered glass ,to heat the glass to the softening point,then rapidly cooled down.Therefore,tempered variance between intermediate level and superficial level is relatively smaller,stress is relatively smaller.
