Ultra Clear aluminosilicate Float Glass for Display Front cover Protective Safety Glass

Lithium Aluminosilicate electronic raw float glass sheet (CHIYAN-H2) is a newly developed lithium aluminum silicon ultra-thin flat glass for high-end touch displays using float process. Based on the optimized double ion exchange process based on a unique formula, high-pressure stress and deep pressure stress layers are achieved, making the product exhibit extremely strong resistance to falling, punching, scratching and bending strength.

Tempered glass product Attributes:

1. Safety Performance: Tempered glass will appear hurtless obtuse angles when breakage.
2. Strong Performance: Four times more than ordinary glass.
3. Heat stability Performance: Three times more than ordinary glass, could bear the temperature change of about 200°C.
4. Tempered glass has a very good performance of anti-curve, anti-impact intensity.
5. Once tempered glass breakage occurs, the glass could break into small fragments, which are harmless to human body.

Product Composition

Lithium Alumino Silicate Glass achieves better stress and strain depth than ordinary soda-lime glass by increasing the Al₂O₃ content in the glass and increasing the ion exchange capacity.

Float glass is made by heating raw materials—silica sand, limestone, soda ash, and magnesium in a furnace. When melted, it’s then spread out over a sizable bed of molten tin. As it moves along rollers in the annealing oven during a controlled cooling process, this mixture slowly solidifies over the molten tin. From this point, a single, continuous smooth ribbon of glass emerges as below picture showed:
