Robust Design
The Coil is designed to eliminate stray currents in tanks and
offers excellent chemical compatibility with a rugged design ideal
for heating or cooling applications.
All wetted parts are constructed from durable fluoropolymer materials (FEP, PFA, or PTFE), ensuring superior performance and longevity.
The heavy-duty CPVC mounting bracket provides robust support, while standard FEP coils are rated for up to 30 PSI steam service, and PFA coils can handle up to 60 PSI steam pressure.
The coil’s heavy wall tubing improves circulation, reduces pressure drop, and a 1/8-inch perforated guard offers protection from damage.
Integral inlet/outlet connections reduce potential leaks, ensuring reliable operation.
Vacuum breakers are recommended for fluoropolymer heat coil steam heating installations.
Features & Values
All wetted parts of fluoropolymer(FEP,PFA or PTFE) construction with a heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket.
Heavy wall tubing improves circulation and minimizes pressure drop. Larger coils constructed of 1/2 inch(13mm) tubing, smaller coils have 1/4 inch(7mm) tubing.
Integral inlet and outlet manifolds for single point connections greatly reduce the potential for leaks and simplify installation.
Eliminates stray currents in the tank.
