Description:

Band Heaters offer longer heater life, high processing temperature capabilities and full flexibility for ease of installation.The built in thermal insulation limits heat losses and conserves electrical energy. A wound nickel chrome resistance wire is strung through high temperature ceramic bricks that sit on an insulation blanket of ceramic fiber insulation.


Ceramic Band heaters used for Plastic Processing machinery, depending upon application, these heaters
come with outer heat saving insulation covers, which provides the best combination of physical strength,
high emissivity & good thermal conductivity to heat cylindrical parts, good for sheath temperature up to
550℃ along with Energy Saving.
