This instrument can be used in the ambient of –10⁰C to +50⁰C and relative humidity 80 %.

Using method

During measurement, it should be placed on the surface of part being testing tightly with the indicated arrow, and moved with two sides direction of the instrument. At the moving, the maximum value to be acquired is the residual field strength.

Caution

Because this is a very sensitive magnetizing field strength indicator, it will be induced by the earth field. Therefore, at the measurement, the instrument movement must be taken the orientation from east to west or vice versa. If it cannot do this way, and the move direction is not the orientation of east to west, the measurement value should be considered to reduce the strength from the earth field.

In addition to the part to be tested, It should be existed no strong field in the surrounding area, to avoid increasing the error of measurements.

Storage and maintenance
