The Hydraulic Drilling Jumbo is a deep hole drilling jumbo is equipped with a tube magazine, which can be used for drilling fan-shaped holes or parallel holes in the vertical/inclined row in large-scale underground mines. Its strong boom, the high precision angle indicator and the drifter with high drilling efficiency make the rock drilling more efficient, safe and convenient.The jumbo attaches great importance to the safety of operator. The operator sits in an FOPS-certified cabin having an excellent visibility and comfort. Optional remote control can make the operator far away from hazardous area, further improving personnel safety.The hydraulic system of the jumbo adopts an efficient and energy-saving load sensitive system. The drilling control system adopts FPCI control, which can control the collaring power according to rock condition, reduce the hole deviation and improve the hole precision. When full power drilling, the impact power varies with feeding pressure. It can avoid the drifter damage and reduce drilling tools consumption caused by improper setting of feeding force and impact power. During drilling, the rotary pressure can be monitored continuously and the feeding pressure can be adjusted to prevent too tight thread connection of the drill string (difficult to remove the drill rod, increasing probability of rod shock) or too loose (drifter empty impact and thread wear), to improve the life of drill tools.
