Test method: The helmet flame retardant performance tester test should be carried out in a fume hood, and the helmet after the high temperature impact test should be clamped on the bracket in the direction of normal wearing, so that the side of the cap shell is aligned with the flamethrower head, and the axis of the flamethrower head should be adjusted to pass through the axis of the cap shell and be 50mm±1mm above the edge of the cap shell to avoid the ventilation hole; Adjust the position of the bracket so that the distance between the test area of the helmet and the end face of the flamethrower is 45mm±1mm, and then move away; Open the gas volume control valve, adjust the flame length to 50mm±2mm, and ensure that the flame has at least 15mm blue flame; Move the bracket to the position determined in front and the flame acts on the cap shell for 10s, cutting off the air source. The continuous combustion time and possible penetration phenomenon are recorded with an accuracy of 0.1s.
