Z-Foam^® 800-01FC Series is a silicone foam extrusion material specifically designed for high-efficiency thermal insulation scenarios. It possesses a unique microcellular foam structure internally,which effectively reduces heat convection,thereby forming a good thermal barrier. Based on this characteristic, the material is widely used in applications requiring thermal insulation protection,such as new energy battery packs, electronic devices, and industrial cooling systems. At the same time, it not only exhibits excellent thermal insulation performance but also retains the good flexibility,high and low temperature resistance,and anti-aging characteristics inherent to silicone.This makes it suitable for complex installation environments and maintains stable performance over long-term use.
