Product Introduction with Leak Testing Equipment:

The multi-station helium mass spectrometer leak detector for ceramic components adopts touch screen and button switch for display and control. Workers place the workpieces manually. It is designed with 2 stations, and each station can detect 4 products simultaneously. Different specifications of products can be detected by changing leak detection tooling. During the leak detection, workers place the workpiece to be tested on the leak detection tooling, which is connected to the leak detector via a leak detection switching valve. After the workpiece is placed and positioned, the cylinder will descend to press the helium gas nozzle against the workpiece. Then the auxiliary pump will be started to evacuate the inside of the workpiece. After that, the leak detector continues to evacuate to clear the background. When the leak detector reaches the background value, the equipment will spray helium gas. The leak detector makes a leak rate judgment based on the penetration of helium gas.

Product Feature with Leak Testing Equipment:

1. After the leak detection is completed, the static point surface of the product will not be pressed, the material (valve metal) will not deform, and the product will not be damaged.

2. To prevent helium poisoning of the equipment, it is equipped with a helium extraction device and exhaust port.

3. The product can automatically alarm if there is air leakage.

4. By replacing the fixture, it can satisfy the automatic leak detection of various products.
