Installation Requirements with Leak Testing Equipment:

Installation must be carried out by trained professional installers only.

The following conditions must be met for on-site installation of the equipment:

(1) Main Power Supply

Electrical parameters: Three-phase 5-wire 380VAC, 5KW power.

Switch: 1 air switch, with a ground clearance of ≥1.5M and a distance from the equipment's main unit placement position of ≤2M.

(2) Gas Supply

① Helium: ≥1 bottle of bottled helium (40 liters, 12MPa) with 1 pressure reducing valve at 0.6MPa;

② High-purity Nitrogen: Bottled high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%) with 1 pressure reducing valve at 0.2MPa;

③ Compressed Air: Clean compressed air with a pressure of ≥0.55MPa, equipped with a 1/2″ ball valve;

The gas supply interfaces should all be within ≤1M from the placement position of the machine.

(3) Others

① Prepare an outdoor exhaust pipe with a diameter of ≥3/4″, and the interface should be within ≤1M from the placement position of the machine.
