0Cr27Al7Mo2 is an iron-chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy) for use at temperatures up to 1400°C (2552°F). The alloy with the characteristics of high resistivity, low temperature coefficient of electric resistance, high operating temperature, good oxidation resistance under high temperature. It can equal to APM.
Vacuum furnaces are typically used for processes such as high-temperature treatment, annealing, and sintering in an oxygen-free or low-oxygen environment. Due to its excellent high-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, 0Cr27Al7Mo2 resistance wire is commonly used as a heating element in vacuum furnaces. In a vacuum environment, this resistance wire can stably provide the required heating power, ensuring uniform heating of the workpiece at high temperatures, and has a long service life.
