Products within one year free warranty(exclude man-made damage and consumable). During this period, if the equipment breaks down, buyer should send relative fault information to our mailbox. We will provide workable fault resolution. If the condition is serious, buyer send back the equipment to our company. But the transport charge is paid by the buyer. We offer free maintain.

4. Shipping method and delivery time?
For the Lab Equipment, Consumables, Reagents, and etc it usually ship by Express or Sea. And we can also ship according to your requirements. Normally in 5 working days for Consumables, if you need to custom and Equipment we can negotiate then.
