Crushed Tungsten Carbide is a powder of irregular dark-gray granule with high melting point,
high hardness and high wear resistance.Adopted high temperature melting, crushing process.

The microstructure of the cast tungsten carbide should be uniform, compact and uniform in gloss, and there should be no under-burning or over-burning. The eutectic needle structure is not less than 75%.

Due to its special characters, the products are widely used in mining, oil, metallurgical industry, steel,
construction machinery and other industries which applied in the pre-reinforcement of wear-resistant surface
and repairing for easily worn parts.

Crushed Tungsten Carbide can be used as the oil drilling & exploring drill matrix by the way of melt-penetration.
It canalso bead-welded at the locations where wear resistance needed on the unit by oxygen-acetylene welding or by electrical welding,spray welding,brazing welding and infiltrating welding.
