Product Description

Honeycomb ceramic monolithic carrier has a small specific surface area, which can not effectively achieve gas-solid contact. Generally, a porous material is coated on its wall to support catalytic active components, and alumina and its mixture with other oxides are usually selected. Among various crystal forms of alumina, γ-Al2O3 has strong adsorption capacity and large specific surface area, which is the main coating material used at present. The γ-Al2O3 coating generally accounts for 5-15% of the weight of the carrier, and the specific surface area of the carrier can be increased to over 50-150m2/g by coating with alumina coating, thus providing enough surface area of the catalyst to ensure the efficient catalytic reaction. However, the thermal stability of γ-Al2O3 is poor. When the temperature is higher than 1000°C, it will change into α-Al2O3 with small specific surface area (< 10 m2/g), and the catalyst activity will decrease. Therefore, in order to prevent γ-Al2O3 from deteriorating at high temperature, rare earth or alkaline earth oxides such as Ce, La, Ba, Sr and Zr are usually added as additives to enhance the thermal stability.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons Or wooden cases and foam. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CRF, CIF, DDU.
