Properties:

This product is a cationic linear polymeric compound. It can be completely dissolved in the water.
This product gathers electrolyte for the strong cation, appearance is colorless to light yellow viscose liquid, freezing point:-2.8 ºC, specific weight:1.04 g/cm3, resolve temperature 280-300 ºC. Be dissolved in water easily, not easy to combust, strong coagulate dint, good water solution stability, don't become a gel and keep stable in the wide PH range, anti-chlorine, high charge density.


BLUWAT PolyDADMAC Properties & Features:

  1. Formaldehyde-free.
  2. PolyDADMAC can be used in dyeing and finishing auxiliaries as advanced formaldehyde-free color-fixing agent, and can form film in the fabric and improve colorfastness.
  3. DADMAC polymers can be used as dye-fixing agent for silk, wool, and nylon fabric. It gives cloth good stiffness. It can also be used as anti-static agent for textiles. After being treated with DADMAC polymer and then dyed, the fabrics show fresh color and possesses color-fastness to wash, abrasion, light, and chlorine. Also, it improves the property of ventilation of textiles.
  4. Safety, non-toxic and match international ecosystem standard.

PolyDADMAC APPLICATION:

It suitable for fixing color of reactivity, acidity, distract and immediately and so on dye.
WAY OF USAGE FOR PolyDADMAC DA402
1. Delite ways:
Add froion water into Blu DA 406 (accord with rate froion water :Blu DA 406 =5:3),could use after sufficient mixture homogeneous.
2. Imbue ways:
Dose: 1%--5%(o.w.f)
Temperature: 40--60ºC
Time: 10-30min (Ph adjust to 6)
3. Dip and rolling ways :
Dose: 10-25 g/L(PH adjust to 6)
Process: two dip and two rolling drying

Attention:
The washing tank is must be washed thoroughly before fixing,for fear of oddment affect fixing effect.
It is favorable to fixing color that raise the fixing color dose and temperature ,but excess could result in color transform.
Setting detailed fixing process should according with factory matter of factory and experiment.
