Description of Pharmaceutical water prefiltration
WECHANG high flow filter cartridge are coreless, single open-ended filters that offer high filtration efficiency. These filters have a large diameter and laid over pleated cartridge with an inside-to-outside flow pattern that prevents debris from escaping the filter. The high flow rate at 1900 lpm or 500 gpm for a 60-inch length element allows for fewer cartridge change-outs.

WechanFIB ultra large flow filter is a large-diameter, non center rod, single opening filter with a unique design of inward and outward flow direction, with a filtration area of up to 6m ²/20 inches. At a flow rate of 40 inches, it can reach over 60t/h, achieving high flux and long lifespan. Using PP membrane material and unique multi-layer nanofiber folding technology, a gradient filtration structure is achieved, increasing the space for pollutant absorption and greatly extending the service life, thereby reducing replacement frequency and system costs.
