The MP plastic blow molding machine is specifically designed to process various types of plastic hollow products with high molecular weight. It is equipped to handle the production of hollow products ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters. This machine is highly versatile and can produce a wide range of products like bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, tool boxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and even auto parts.
Using this machine, you can blow different types of materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA. Not only is it capable of working with various materials, but it also provides a perfect process for each one. This makes it an extremely efficient machine for industrial-grade plastic blow molding.
The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor to meet the requirements of changing screw rotation during the blowing process. A screw with a high slenderness ratio can handle various materials, and it has high plasticizing ability with low energy consumption, resulting in high production. Additionally, the barrel is heated with a computer-controlled resistance heater, which warms the barrel quickly and evenly.
This combined extrusion system has the capability to blow products with a view strip line or double layers by installing different heads between two extrusion machines.
For the mold clamping device, vertical compression, three pilot posts, big beam arms, linear guiders, cylinder spindles, and double working positions are implemented, allowing for fast and stable mold movements.
The hydraulic oil loop has an improved design for power saving, rapid movement, and stability. Furthermore, hydraulic elements can be easily installed and maintained, and the machine is equipped with a removable and mobilizable oil tank.
Controlled by a computer, the hydraulic system has double proportional control. The machine has a fault automatic alarm, operates reliably, and has high automation with data memory for up to 40 sets of molds.
The machine provides three operation modes: "Manual," "Semi Auto," and "Full Auto" to choose from. Safety doors are equipped with electric and mechanical safety devices to ensure safe and reliable operation, which avoids mold closing when the safety door is open. Lastly, this machine has two blowing functions of straight and oblique cutting.
