Introduction

The KUF100 ultrasonic flow meter works based on the time difference method. It transmits and receives ultrasonic signals in the fluid, and uses the difference in ultrasonic propagation time in the downstream and upstream directions to calculate the flow rate, thereby further obtaining the flow value. The advantage of this method is that it can accurately measure liquids containing suspended particles or bubbles and is not affected by the fluid conductivity.

The KUF100 Ultrasonic Flowmeter offers simple installation and easy operation. It doesn't require pipe cutting or prolonged downtime for installation, which can be completed in just a few minutes.

Featuring a new clamp-on design, it measures flow without direct contact with the medium, preventing pressure loss and contamination that occur with traditional flowmeters.

With customizable modes, it provides flexible and versatile operation. The device can accommodate pipes of various diameters within the measuring range, and is compatible with both metal and resin pipes.

The extra-large screen offers a diverse and user-friendly display. Additionally, the flowmeter can be equipped as an ultrasonic cold/heat meter, enabling accurate energy consumption monitoring and measurement.
