The main product knowledge:

Boasting water circulation and automation functionalities, this product flawlessly fulfills the rain spray testing demands of various equipment. Furthermore, an integrated flow sensor seamlessly tracks the real-time fluid flow, instantly relaying the data to the control system for swift adjustments, ultimately guaranteeing the flow's stability and precision.

• There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water level control system. When the water is full, it will prompt, and when it is short of water, it will alarm.The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the right wall of the inner box, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding ⁵. And there is a waterproof lighting inside, which is convenient for users to observe the test situation.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁶.
• Test time setting: 0-999min⁷.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.
• Conventional box-type equipment swing tube specifications are generally R200, R400, R600, can be customised according to user needs to do larger specifications (need to assess the budget, delivery period and other factors)
• Box-type structure, can be recycled water testing, saving resources and more environmentally friendly (it is recommended to replace the water once a week to prevent the deterioration of water quality)
• Simple installation, power on and adding water can be used, test parameters can be set on the touch screen, clear picture, easy to operate.
• The equipment adopts stainless steel water pump to ensure that the machine operates for a long time without rusting and is very durable.
• The equipment is painted in Yuexin's standard blue and white colour to emphasise the waterproof theme.

7 It is recommended to set the test time according to the test standard. The water temperature will rise due to long time test which has an impact on the test results.

8 The swing pipe can be equipped with a variety of specifications, which can be selected according to the sample size range (satisfying the spray distance <200mm), please confirm clearly before placing an order.
