• The control board is equipped with a limit switch device, which can effectively prevent engraving faults caused by exceeding the engraving range during engraving machine operation;
• Add the function of emergency stop button,this function can be used when an emergency stop is required at work, making our work safer and more efficient;
• The tool setting device is mainly composed of a tool setting block and a feeler gauge to determine the relative position of the clamp to the cutter.High precision,accurate tool setting and high accuracy of output signal position;Alligator clips are smooth and flat,clamped on the spindle cutter head,and the clamping force is read well.

This machine can both engraving and cutting.

• It can cut 8mm wood products at one time,more easy to create DIY handmade.
• The recommended thickness for each layer of wood is 1mm, and the feed speed is 300mm/min
• Cutting 8-12mm MDF (Wooden Class) ; Feed rate: 300mm/min;Cutting rate: 100mm/min
• Cutting the 2-3mm Acrylic: (Acrylic Type); Feed rate: 200mm/min;Cutting rate: 80mm/min

This machine can also carve metal, and the depth and feeding speed required for each pass need to be adjusted according to different metal types,the lower the speed, the more stable the work will be.

• The recommended depth for each pass of stainless steel is 0.1mm, and the feed rate is 120mm/min
• Recommended cutting depth for aluminum and brass is ≤ 0.5mm, and feed speed is ≤ 300mm/min
• Cutting 1-5mm Aluminum Plate: (Metal Type) ; Feed rate: 250mm/min;Cutting rate: 100mm/min

Attention:

• Due to the huge friction between the milling cutter and the metal, the temperature of the metal will be very high. Therefore, please constantly add lubricating oil during the carving process.

GRBL Software:

• Our parcel include a 2G USB flash drive,you can download the english user manual and GRBL software from the flash drive.
• File formats supported by the software: *.nc, *.ncc, *.ngc, *.tap, *.cnc.
• Software used to create Gcode: Carbide Create, Artcam, MeshCam, Fusion360, Inkscape etc.

• How to increase the spindle power: After pressing the spindle button, press and hold the OK button and the Z+ button simultaneously to increase the speed.
• How to decrease the spindle: After pressing the spindle button, press and hold the OK button and the Z- button simultaneously to decrease the speed.
