We use 78 steel strip, not 36 steel strip. It is light in weight and fast in speed. The four ripple design is easy to control and debug. It helps customers save about 1 ton of material every day. For example, a roll of steel strip weighs 350 kg and has an inner diameter of 500. We have infrared sensing device. If there is no steel strip, we will stop automatically. The workers can connect the steel strip with our electric welding machine, and the skilled workers will complete the operation within 10 minutes

For length cutting, we have a travel switch on the reversing table. For example, everything in 10 meters will be cut automatically in half a minute

Meter weight is light, which can save customers nearly 1 ton of material in a day. Taking 85mm weight per meter as an example, the customer used to design 765G before, but now our machine is 645g, saving 120g steel belt per meter

Taking 55mm as an example, the weight of the meter produced by our machine is 397G, which saves 100g. Considering all specifications, the average material saving is 12.5% per meter, and the production speed is 2.5 times faster.
